Simply click on the Add to Cart link to put an item in your Shopping Basket, when you have finished shopping go to Checkout where you will be asked for name, address, credit card details etc. All credit card transactions are processed using encryption and secure server technologies. |
| Postage and Packing Charges Insured Post and Packaging:
All items are sent flat packed unless specifically requested otherwise. In general we do not like rolling up any print. Our experience is that more prints are damaged by being rolled up and put in/taken out of tubes than through any other cause. Most of the prints on this site are supplied mounted and therefore flat packing is the only option anyway.
All orders of £100.00 or over are free post and packing within the UK.
UK orders of £25.00 or less - £3.00 per order. Over £25.00 up to £99.99 - £6.00 per order.
Overseas post and packing: please contact us and we will calculate the best possible price based on the size, weight, value and urgency of your order.
All charges are per shipped order regardless of the number of items.
Delivery Schedules:
Under normal circumstances we aim to ship within 4 working days of receiving an order. In practice for most orders it is quicker than that, usually within 2 working days. If for any reason there is a delay, for example if an item is out of stock, then we will let you know and give you the option to change or cancel your order. If you need an item quickly, for example for a birthday, then let us know when you order, using the 'Comments' option in the shopping cart, and we will give your order priority if possible.
Accepting Delivery of Parcels:
Your delivery is insured. However for the insurance to be valid it is important that you examine the parcel carefully before signing for it. You do not have to unwrap it but if there are any external indications of damage such as holes, bending or signs of having been wet then make a note of this against your signature so it is put on record with the delivery company. |
| Exchange Rates for Overseas Orders We can only accept overseas payments made by credit card - the payment will be deducted in UK Pounds and will be converted to your local currency at the exchange rate on the day of processing. Please check the exchange rate before ordering as fluctuations will mean that the final price may differ from that stated on sales brochures. The price is also exclusive of any local import taxes that may be levied. |

| Interest Free Credit We are able to offer interest free credit on aviation art to visitors to the Framework galleries in Sutton Coldfield or Lichfield. The minimum order value is £300. Initial deposit would be 10% with the remainder payable in six equal monthly installments. The finance is provided through an arrangement we have with Halifax Bank. For security reasons we are only permitted to offer this facility to those who can visit our galleries in person. For more information call us on 0121 355 1333. |
| Lay Away Scheme Most prints on this site can be reserved for up to a week with just a phone call. If you would like to reserve for longer than our Lay Away option may suit you.
If you have got your eye on a rare print but you dont want Interest Free Credit or you dont want to have to visit the gallery then try our Lay Away scheme. The minimum order value is £100. You will pay a deposit (usually 10% of the purchase value), we will then agree with you a schedule of payments that complete the balance. They dont have to be equal monthly payments, you can decide on a profile that suits your finances. When payment is complete we will ship your print. No interest is charged.
This is an ideal way of securing a rare print that is otherwise likely to be sold before it is convenient for you financially. |
